What’s Included with Your Rental

  • 1 acre fully fenced private venue

Security:
One (1) security guard is included for events with up to 75 guests during the last six (6) hours of your event. Events with more than 75 guests require an additional security guard, which is a $200 add-on.


RENTAL HOURS & BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The venue is available daily from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM with a 6-hour minimum rental.

HOW TO BOOK

  1. Select your date
  2. Choose your check-in time
  3. Choose your check-out time
  4. Add to cart
  5. Proceed to checkout

👉 A 20% deposit is required to secure your date

LATE-NIGHT CHECKOUT

If your event ends between 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM, you must select the following day as your checkout date.

Example:
Event from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM
→ Select the same day for check-in and the next day for checkout

SETUP & TAKEDOWN TIME (REQUIRED)

  • Setup and takedown must be included in your booked hours
  • Access is only allowed during your scheduled time

Example:
Event: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 1 hour setup
  • 1 hour takedown
